The New York Cheesecake 8" (~1.2 kg, 10–12 slices) is ideal for a mid-sized party. You can opt for a mix of 4 toppings — strawberry + blueberry + Lotus Biscoff + banoffee — in a single cake. Every guest gets to try every flavor.

The Basque Cheesecake (~1.1 kg) can also be ordered whole — for guests who love a deep, intense flavor. It comes with the signature caramelized top and a custardy interior, served without toppings in the traditional Basque style.

We make three sizes, picked by guest count:

• New York 8" — ~1.2 kg, 10–12 slices, 759 baht
• Basque Cheesecake — ~1.1 kg, ~10 slices, 949 baht

A single slice runs about 100 g (New York) or slightly more (Basque), depending on how you cut it.

Order through the website and let us know it’s a birthday cake. We decorate it for free, with these touches included:

• Name written on the cake (free)
• Happy Birthday sign (free)
• Small candle set (free)

Lead time and business hours

We recommend ordering 2 days ahead so we have time to prep fresh ingredients and have it ready for pickup or delivery. On some days we have cakes ready to go — call us to check — but the popular options go fast, especially around long holidays.

The bakery is open 07:30–16:00 most days, and we accept online orders until 18:00.

Delivery

Free delivery for orders 200 baht and over within a 3 km distance (we count distance by road, not as a radius) by motorcycle — ideal for cakes that need to arrive quickly.

For distances beyond 3 km, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.
